This picture I love because it is asymetrical and has a beautiful colored sky. The only thing I would comment on would be the cropping of the middle tree with photoshop.
I like the color of the sunset it is very nice against the hard black of the trees. I also like how the trees indicate a horizon like without actually showing one. It is an interesting effect. One adjustment that i would make is to crop more of the tree (bottom of photo) line off. I think that would help to prevent the eye from stopping at the bottom of the image.
I like how the trees are barely in the photo.
